Our skilled team are here to support you and bring your goals to life, ensuring you live independently and enjoy inclusive lives in all spheres of community life.
Our services are strength-based, culturally safe and trauma-informed, and include:
We can help you decide what support you want and select the providers you want to work with. We'll work with you to set up service agreements with them, check in with you regularly, and resolve any problems you may experience.
We can help you with everyday activities like shopping, preparing meals, doing domestic chores, and engaging in hobbies and social activities. We can also help you develop skills like cooking for yourself and others, menu planning and paying bills.
We'll pair you with a suitable mentor who knows how to navigate the services industry. We can also provide mentors for family members and carers of people with a disability. This service is for people who are registered with the NDIS.
We can help you, or the person you support, move through important periods of change. This could include:
We'll get you out and about and keep you connected to your community through recreational and learning activities. This covers everything from trying a new café to starting a new hobby, as a one-on-one or with a group.
We also support linking to culture through our Men’s and Women’s Groups and our Strong in Culture program.
This service assists with daily personal activities, supporting a participant to live as independently as possible at home and in community. This can include supervision of personal daily tasks or support attendance at community activities.
The National Disability Insurance Scheme provides funding to eligible people with disability to gain more time with family and friends, greater independence, access to new skills, jobs, or volunteering in their community, and an improved quality of life.
The NDIS also connects anyone with disability to services in their community. This includes connections to doctors, community groups, sporting clubs, support groups, libraries and schools, as well as providing information about what support is provided by each state and territory government.
